Just because negative emotions are easier to evoke than posistive doesn't make people dystopian.

Why do people respond to negative news? The a strong emotional responses stimulates adrenaline and adrenaline is a powerful and adictive substance. Irresponsible media addicts the population to negative news!


I know why it happens, but that doesnt change that people are for the most part dystopian in regards to the future.

How many times was the end of the world supposed to happen?

Lol, and documentaries, etc were fed to them for there enjoyment about that subject.

The media isnt irresponsible.

Its giving people what they want.

People need to change, socially as you said yes?

Perhaps its time to give up on the doom and gloom.

Adrenaline is powerful, but so is dopamine ;) Maybe if people were just given the chance to experience some more feel-good mellow types of news they'd put the speed down in exchange for a journey psychedelic :silly:
