Getting back on topic here- the programs offered by McTaggert- has anyone who has been reading this book participated in them or something like them? They remind me of RV packages, but I have no experience with those either. It seems like she's offering more than what she can really provide- or is she just providing the opportunity?
I know this is an oft brought up subject, but are these practices worthwhile? Who has had success in anything similar?
