Very very nice. Celebrate who you are, even when you are copying other people. That's how you build a personality. But the personality you are building is YOURS.
Also even the spectacle-making of the other kids is dangerous. That smart kid could easily be being trained to think, "I am a smart kid. And nothing else."

It is my feeling that it is difficult to escape comparisons. However, I also feel that no one is inferior and no one is superior. We are all one. Any conception otherwise is a delusion of sorts.
