Perhaps, but it cannot be denied that pope francis is the most tolerant and progressive pope in a good long time....and much of the article matches what I've seen reported in other sources...and unlike benedict he doesn't look like palpatine....

yet most reports in other sources containing any thing said in the article was not an article on Pope Francis but Diversity Chronicle on Pope Francis.
