Stunning. Though I think that they are overly staged (and a bit assupmtive) the impact is still vivid.

Walking, stumbling on these shadowfeet

Part of the seduction of most religions is the idea that if you just say the right things and believe really hard, your salvation will be at hand.

With Jediism. No one is coming to save you. You have to get off your ass and do it yourself - Me

some different cultural contrasts
The Lewis Model explains every culture in the world
"By focusing on the cultural roots of national behavior, both in society and business, we can foresee and calculate with a surprising degree of accuracy how others will react to our plans for them, and we can make certain assumptions as to how they will approach us," Lewis writes.

The photos were interesting but I found them to be a display of cultural stereotypes rather than general cultural difference. The further down the photos you get the more extreme the opposites.

I do wonder, maybe that was the point?

It won't let me have a blank signature ...

Stereotypes are what most people work with. Braking out of one requires experience with the reality. Has anyone here met and bonded over the long term with one of every picture shown?
