In many states (maybe even all) if you can't afford an id they'll give you one for free.

There is actually persistent and mass voter fraud in the US with some elections having more votes than people. That being said this has nothing to do with the topic of your beliefs being challenged in the face of government policy...

One interesting thing to think about is Sharia law. Civil government infringes upon the belief (or should at least) of some Muslims wanting sharia law to be implemented in full. Should that right be obtained?

We are religious people living within a civil society, not civil society living under religious institutions...

Let's look at countries where the majority of the people support sharia law...

What is scary, is that here in the U.S. there has been some attempt to use Sharia. In New Jersey for example a husband who raped his wife tried to use Sharia as a defense in his criminal trial. What is even more scary is that the trial judge actually was going to allow him to use it as a defense until he was over ruled by a higher court.

Also in Dearborn Michigan there has been many cases of Honor Killings and Law Enforcement has actually in many cases ignored these events
