R2D2 translator

Does any of you know an useful R2D2 translator? After asking google I've found only one (www.r2d2translator.com) but it is useless for me. I need to translate these words

into a human understandable language. If you try to translate them, there might German words come out but I am not sure.

However if you could help me it would be great

you dont need an r2 translator, you need a c3p0 translator. after all, he is fluent in 6 million forms of communication.

Humorous but probably won't be very helpful. Unfortunately I can not locate any proper translation from R2D2 to English. The site is still good for a laugh though.

Sounds like a counterfeit R2 unit to me... Tell me, did you buy it on ebay? Was it shipped from Guangzhou by any chance?

I bought nothing, no R2 unit and no universal translator.. which is the problem. I just received the message and now I have to find a way to understand it
