ABBA was created by
Disco...the one era of music that won't be forgotten. A big part of that era was ABBA. Now since I'm only 15 and haven't lived long enough to know "good" music, in my opinion this is one of the best musical eras

Ok, having lived through the 70's I did have a few ABBA albums. I like some of their music, even now, but not all of it and not the more commonly heard one's on oldies radio. (how can it be an 'oldie' if I remember when it came out?) I do have a CD compilation, I may have to go dig that out now, but living through that period I never really 'got' disco...........and actually The Electric Light Orchestra, now THAT was and is an awesome group. Honestly I prefer 80's music even now.

You know what saddens me the most? In thirty years time, people will think JB was great compared to the music they'll have then :(

Although I love classic rock and listen to a lot of 70s and 80s music, I honestly have to say that, for me, it isn't the best music.
Classical composers, symphonies, orchestras... Beethoven, Vivaldi, Mozart...
Now THAT is music!

Nah - there's a time and place for all kinds of music... except modern "Country".
There is no time and place for modern Country. Ever.
