The thread of self-forgiveness

I forgive myself for letting myself fall. I forgive myself for hating myself. I forgive myself for not believing in myself.

I forgive myself for my addictions. I forgive myself for not being a good friend, and destroying many friendships. I forgive myself for struggling with my PTSD and seeking to self-medicate. I forgive myself for the times I have given in to anger, fear, and depression.

I forgive myself for telling you to stay the f*ck out of my face even after i forgave you, still dont need you back in my life....ever

I forgive myself for putting prideful feelings of hurt ahead of my duty.

I forgive myself for not being more prudent with money, for not taking advantage of the good times to save up for the bad times. I still intend to hang on to the lesson derived from this awful experience, but there is no point in continuing to hate myself for things past. I forgive myself for putting my family in a financially dangerous situation.

I forgive myself for not seeing it earlier and not moving on earlier.

I forgive myself for the pain I have caused myself. For the anger I have acted on, the past resentments I have held on too and the moments I have wasted in the process.

I forgive myself for wanting to force choke the shit out people...

I forgive myself for being super low right now.

I forgive myself for taking the time, space and support I need.

I forgive myself for not being stronger than I am just now.

I forgive myself for living life in a holding pattern. Time to move forward.
