what is life about at one time i was a hero i save people then i took it to far and became the villain
i went from a positive to a negative
then i took hold of my life and with good mediation and eating turn it back in to a positive
do we not do this ever day /week
life give us both and we dance in life to find the center with in our self
the zone of peace.
so that life is both positive and negative all at one time
but because we are in that zone of peace it washes over us
and if all other things are to great to handle that day/week and we are lost
we go back to the basic of living we just breath.
and start again to find the center in our self.
