I have been thinking that maybe some of you prefer not to have a member who has a medical disability and can't think outside the box as well as others may do. On the other hand, the assignments I have completed here helped me overcome my mental retardation though. Feel free to share your thoughts.

should it matter that someone has a medical disability? i don't think so, of course i'm not some elitist snob either...

one of my training masters had numerous medical disabilities, that didn't stop him from contributing, or being a great member....

YOu dont seem to have a 'retardation' of learning...:)

You may have other mental issues, but shoot, I think we all do to some degree...

YOu are fine, and if you were lead to think that, please message someone you trust to discuss it...

We have a number of members who have physical/mental/emotional/medical concerns.

As per our Doctrine, anyone who "prefers not to have a member" with a disability of any kind here, should probably not be here themselves.

I, myself, have a couple of learning disabilities. I also have behavioral issues. I have been working on those for years with my fellow Jedi. But, had there been a mentality that only certain people could be Jedi, then I don't know if I would have made it into the TOTJO Knight that I am today. This is a place where we lift up people of every condition and status. Do not let hateful words deter you, for they are not the view of this site and its leaders/community.

One's capability to find inner truth is not based upon what we as people have defined as intelligence... It's such a silly concept to try to define, really. I for one hope that you are not self conscious about such a thing. Anyone is welcome to find their path, and what I believe it comes down to is whether YOU think it is right. Don't let someone else make that decision for you.
