Today, I am grateful that my partner is coming home tonight. I've missed them, and it'll be comforting to see their face again.

And I'm grateful for my ukulele, which brings me much joy as I continue to learn new songs and styles on it. Also grateful to the shopkeeper who talked me into buying it over the cheaper models back in August; couldn't ask for a better uke. :)

Today I am grateful for my utilities. As I paid my bills I made a conscious effort to appreciate the warmth of my home, the privilege of my devices, the taste of water, and who could forget a hot shower?!? Really, blessed to live here, regardless of the sociopolitical rancor going on.
