Hey, so i thought it might be fun to compare our lightsabers and provide help for others going throuh the design process 
so here to start off, are my 3 current lightsabers:
I have 2 from Ultrasabers and one Kit Fisto hilt that i bought off ebay and made an internal chassis on my 3d printer for the electronics. Im still working on the design for the activation switch.. I had to use an audio jack to be able to insert and remove the button (which also acts as a locking pin for the chassis) for when access to the inside is needed...
The Kit Fisto has a soundboard from the Interactive Yoda's Ligthsaber.
any comments/suggestions are welcome
