Ability to populate the internet with crap aside - If you sense hostility, it's probably because you've put yourself on a mighty tower, and now see the movement of anyone else as an invasion force. I rather felt I was being constructive, suggesting a plausible situation that might be different to the one you imagined for why you were at the stage in discussion that you were.

I dictated nothing, I am reasonably confident I was pretty fair in how I said things. If everything is a fight for you, then that's grand. Keep winning. :dry: :whistle:

Who's being hostile?

Kyrin and I are both being asses, but I'm not sure we're hostile.

I'm mostly just hitting refresh until

A. my wife wakes up and yells at me
B. someone realises the "what do you see" thread is the same as Obis "What is being a jedi" thread and merges them.
or
C. I remember I was supposed to rotate my tyres today and go do that.

1) Not every image on the internet is a meme, (especially that first one, and probably all of Kyrins dead guy quotes)

2) The images were (more or less) in the context of the argument we were having.

3) Is this your first day on the internet? You don't want a thread called the "Meme Thread" on a semi-acting-like-adults forum for advancing the cause of a certain philosophical approach to living well.

I'm all about sense of humour, but that is just asking for trouble.

I suggest you just close/delete the thread before you get grief and then have to close it anyway when it gets out of line.

Nothing, I don't see a need for it.

The messages Kyrin and I posted were on a specific line of discussion - now removed from that discussion there is no point to it, and it's not likely to continue past the weekend.

Unless we want a "Kyrin and James - Team Life Coach" thread, where we just smash out our brands of wisdom into the world, then this thread simply has no function.

Racially motivated hate crimes committed by the bat people against the spider people continue I see. Is it in retaliation to the now missing posts getting caught in some sort of web?
