I'm res'ing this thread as an effort to bring awareness back to the temple regarding SAD. I feel more and more certain lately that it has popped up and knocked me right on my butt recently to the point that it began interfering with my ability to work and generally function as needed day to day. If it is SAD that is affecting me (including my quality of sleep, social ability to keep up with in-person live discussion, feeling almost like I'm sleep walking in the middle of the day, moodiness, and other things), I'll be having to treat it accordingly. If there are anymore suggestions to be given since the opening of this thread, I and many others I'm sure would appreciate it.

Thanks, I never knew SAD was a thing. I thought it was a branch of Bipolar Disorder.

I am a Bipolar Aspie, so I feel you.
