I think that it is human nature to set lofty goals. :unsure:

The reality of it is that if we were that person, we would probably not be in a position that we need lofty goals set. :blink:

My reality is, Goals are only as useful as their ability to be reached; motivation can be as fleeting as infatuation and if we had the discipline to be these super people we wouldn’t need to set so many goals or come up with new recipes. :huh:

What I can do is realize that I am not perfect and what change would improve my current situation. Then I can be grateful for the positive results that come about and look for my shortcomings when they don’t so to improve them. :blush:

On step at a time, one meal at a time, one day at a time. DO not look too far ahead. 100 small adjustments will result in big changes over time. :)
