Well there's a workout thread and a addiction thread so why not have a weight check in thread?

This is the format I use

Start Weight: 280LBS - 06/07/2015
Current Weight: 251.5LBS - Today
Goal Weight: 200LBS

Today scale is

Start weight : 310 LBS
goal weight : 240 LBS

The one that posses with a devices is responsible for others . Being at large is brought too my attention . An armor is the key to unarm devices .

Why not? Sounds good to me.

SW: 340 lbs
GW: 200 lbs
CW: 305 lbs

I did my first leg of weight loss earlier this year, ending in June. now, I am maintaining for a few months and will begin my second leg. I am hoping to get to 270 or so by Christmas or February.

Starting weight was 264
Goal weight was 200
Current weight fluctuates between 193 and 200....

Keep up the work and goals can not only be achieved but exceeded....

Alright, I think I'll hop in here! I've been doing awesome but a couple of days with a nasty cold have knocked me off my weight loss game a bit. Gotta get my mojo back!

Starting Weight: 210lb (19th August 2015)
Today's Weight: 197lb (29th September 2015)
Goal Weight: 135lb

Just want to quickly correct my last post, was supposed to say 21st September 2015 not 29th! Whoops! Anyway, latest update and hit another 10lb milestone.

Starting Weight: 210lb (19th August 2015)
Today's Weight: 190lb (3rd October 2015)
Goal Weight: 135lb

I'm in on this one. I struggles a really long time with health. Once upon a time I was big in to power lifting:




So, I started lifting and after some time lifting I put on some muscle as shown above.

Then I started getting sick, abdominal pain all the time, joints started to swell, bad headaches, tingling and pain in the feet and dizziness. After many months of this and not feeling well I started to lose muscle mass as well but no that much weight. Found out I have Celiac disease and the reason I felt so bad was I was malnourished and was not absorbing vitamins and minerals because all of the damage done to the intestines. So, I went on a gluten free diet after diagnosed via biopsy. It took a better part of year to feel better but now i'm feeling good and looking to get back into shape.

Funny thing is I only gained pounds but my BF% went up by about 18% due to a loss of muscle and bone (due to absorption of calcium).

I was 210 at 20% and now I'm 230 at about 38%.

So, here's my log back to that 210ish range, but eventually I'd like to get down to 185 or so.
