Current Weightloss

Hello TOTJO! So been a while since I posted anything but I figured I would share something with you.

This is my current weightloss, I'm eating healthier and exercising 5 times a week for at least an hour and loving it, wondering if there's any other ToTJO Jedi that are currently losing weight and / or have lost weight?

Some noticeable benefits
- I can wrap a towel around my waist when I get out the shower
- Clothes fit more comfortably than tight
- People are giving me lots of praise
- People are treating me nicer and my mood is higher

Awesome job. That's a huge difference in just a few months. I started my journey towards being more fit last week. I'll be ecstatic if I see the same kind of results you have...granted I've got to keep putting in the work.

I'm not really going for weightloss so much as becoming healthy.

If you want it bad enough you'll succeed...remember if you can take it you can make it.

You know, this is one of those times that I find using anger can be beneficial. If you get mad enough at your current state, you can overcome inertia.

correct you are connie.....anger can be a great motivator for change, just so long as you don't let it cause you to self destruct....

I find Anger with clarity is a hell of a strength, it's when you're narrow minded in your anger that it's destructive.

correct again...of course the trick is to maintain that balance of anger and clarity...anger can be sneaky, if you're not careful it easily becomes blind rage
