Hello Temple-dwellers  ,

I am currently going to embark on one of those "30-day ab challenges", to get myself a little "toned" and fit. However, I had a question to what time you actually start these challenges? Like, do you do it as soon as you wake up. Or do you do it in at night before you go to sleep. I heard that if you exercise straight after eating you can screw things up.

If anybody has knowledge in this "subject". Then the help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-James

don't do it right before bed...you'll raise your endorphin levels and make it difficult to go to sleep...if you do it at night try for around 2 hours before bed.

no sooner than 30mins after eating no matter when you do it, unless you like vomiting...not everyone vomits breaking this rule of course...but you really shouldn't do any strenuous activity within 30mins of eating...

shortly after waking up is a good time (around 30 mins after waking)...the added benefit is that with the increased endorphins from exercising you really don't need to drink coffee (thus eliminating unnecessary caffeine)
