Geez, 21

I'm much fitter now (40) then when I was 21. :lol:

As fit as someone under 20 apparently, although I'm not sure I'm really as fit as when I was a teenager.

I got 51 ... I'm 48, so that isn't too far off.

The thing is though, I'm not fat (19 % is in the ideal range), eat healthy and am very active. I neither drink nor smoke (any more) So, I'm wondering how the other stuff figures in ? The "desk" job, perhaps ... :blink:

The only thing I could think of besides that is the medical stuff. I do see the doctor pretty frequently, but that is normal here in France ... :unsure:

After the battery of physical exams that I just had for my job(s), I could almost say that it would be really great if the vast majority of 51 year-old truly were as fit as I am ...
