Thank you Akkarin was created by rugadd
I can not find the post, but Akkarin put up some tips that I have printed out and taped tot he wall by my desk designed to help with self control. Thanks to one of them, I have been cigarette free for over a month. Using one of the techniques, every time I wanted a cigarette I told myself I had to eat one first and strongly visualized it. Made it so easy to ignore urges.

Thanks Akkarin!

My wallet is heavier but carrying it around doesn't wind me as much.

As a former smoker coming up on almost a year free, I'm always excited to hear other smokers successfully making their way to freedom. Congratulations!

I have a friend whose trying to quit smoking. I told him about your technique and he loved it. It's great. Thanks for sharing. I truly admire anyone who has quit smoking. The toughest thing I've ever had to give up was soda, and I sneak a few of those now and then. LOL
