I recently copied a list of 10 15-minute workouts from the Men's Health Big Book of Exercises (by Adam Campbell) onto an Excel spreadsheet and then converted it to a PDF file for a couple of coworkers who say they can't find enough time to exercise throughout the week. So, if you find yourself too pressed for time to exercise or work out for 30 to 45 minutes for at least three days a week (or whatever your goal is), I uploaded the file to my OneDrive account to share with you, if you so desire to check it out. You can substitute any of the exercises in any of the workouts for an easier or harder option, to keep things variable and flexible to your needs. If you have any questions as to how any of the exercises are performed, please feel free to ask me, or search for it. Also, these aren't workouts only for men; they just happen to come from the book I have and can be applied by anyone, regardless of gender.
