If you're bored or just want to haze yourself for a little while try these workouts:
1. Nameless
Run to the nearest pull up apparatus (or 1 mile)
Do a half 10 pull-up pyramid (so just 1 to 10)
After the pull-ups do 10 push ups, 20 squats and 25 crunches
2. "The Murph" (named after late Lt. Michael Murphy)
Run 1 mile
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats in however many sets you choose
Run 1 mile
3. Nameless
For time, 5 sets
Start with a 1/4 mile run
20 push ups
30 squats
40 mountain climbers
50 crunches
4. Team building exercise (military)
Run 3 miles (boots, utes and packs)
Each mile do a series of workouts (whichever you choose)
Fall-outs become casualties to be carried to the next mile marker. First aid must be performed so they are "revived"
Ran a few of these. Haven't tried the team building exercise yet.
