Sunday: 30 minute walk, 20 min still qigong, 20 min moving qiqong
Today:
20 minute still qiqong
Walking warm-up
Squats (10) 50% depth
Pushups (10) modified version
Walking lunge (10) 50% depth
Dumbell row (10 each side) increased weight 1/2 lb
Plank (10) - 5 second holds . . barely lol
Jumping Jacks (30) modified version
Walking cool down
Twice
45 minute rest
moving qiqong - 20 minutes

In high school, when we'd have speech competitions at WKU's campus, and our rounds were simultaneous but spaced across an entire university's property, and we had to run between them in formalwear and dress shoes, we counted those as cardio days. Their mascot isn't called "the Hilltopper" for nothin'. >.<

Yesterday . . still standing Qiqong and yoga stretching
It was an intense back day . . my spine was numb lol
Today. . . Two circuits . . increased the weight for the row another half pound and first day full depth with lunges and squats.
