I have started this experience. Having completed the third day, I feel that the direction encouraged in this experience is worth the time. It is only 20 minutes of your time per day.

I encourage anyone who is currently struggling with meditation or would like a fresh perspective on it to investigate this!

I will be honest, I have already meditated on days one, two, and three early in life...

Being a 'weird' child, I stared (and I still do) into the mirror, asking myself who I am, where I am going, and what I am doing... And asking myself many questions that I have now found out, are a 'self meditation'...

I am following the program though...

However, I am very pleased with this program, not knowing what to expect...

I am a fan of Deepak and Oprah... But, sometimes, Oprah does hit on the tabloid crap, lolol....

I like Montel too... Right up till he started hawking the "tv loans'... Now, eh, I am not so much of a fan...

I really struggled with the day one meditation and have since repeated it a couple times. Listening to what comes up doesnt seem to work. Either its total silence or a thousand things flooding in at once that I cant make sense of.
