I find myself so busy when I'm asleep that sometimes I actually wake up being really tired...

Everyone I know who is steroid free and works out looks like Bruce Lee. Everyone on roids looks like Arnold Schwarzenneger.

Few are those who see with their own eyes and feel with their own hearts.

You just have to know how to eat. Most people eat too little.

Right now I run every day and do body weight exercises. Seems to work the best for me.

In relation to Jediism, I've thought about this a bit in my journal posts. I used to think that being a meathead had nothing to do with writing poetry or doing yoga (my other interests) or spirituality but the more I explore and research both Jediism and mediation the more I realize that weight lifting (for me anyways) is really another form of meditation and that I can use it as an activity to help me understand the Force. I've noticed that I feel like I can lift the heaviest and best after doing yoga or meditating, ex. when I'm extremely focused. As a girl who lifts in a gym where most of the other girls don't, I sometimes feel a little self conscious so being focused really helps, since I feel that lifting is a very personal experience.

I think weight training is an awesome thing. You work out your body at the same time, you work out your mind. It can help you be better as a Jedi and move forward in your own path. nothing can stop you from doing it, unless it is yourself. It is based on light and dark energies because it can hurt or improve you in many ways. It requires responsibility, patience, and hope.
