What do you do if you're majorly stressed (to the point of accidental overdose ><)

Something I have done in light of very demanding times at school:
Try walking or biking places.
Set aside a half-hour to read.
Try drinking tea and watching either the sun rise or set.
And most importantly of all, do what you enjoy by making time for yourself as you have in the case of sitting on the couch!
I wall to and from school, even in the worst of winter storms or wildest of spring rains, as it gives me a chance to feel my energy and to meditate.
It has helped me to keep stress levels low, and though walking is not for everyone, my advice to you is to find your own balance through following your bliss
Oh, chocolate cake and 80s movies also help in case you ever exhaust every other possible option out there
Best of luck, and feel better!

Sounds like natural healing to me. Nature heals if you let her/him, ahem. Good job.

It's like I felt at peace just hearing the trees sway, the sounds of the birds and watching the sky roll by. I have to imagine that it was a type of meditation or something because it was beautiful.
If only I could keep it that way.
