I love this video. Whenever someone tells me they couldn't exercise or do yoga - for whatever reason - I want to show them this.

before he could begin to heal, he had to want to. he had to be dissatisfied with his current options, and create new ones. he had to believe in himself, in opposition to the opinions of others. i can relate. and yeah, those jumps will add up.
