I've kind of made up a (very) short zen riddle. This is kind of an edgucated guess so bear with me.

A zen student asked: What is meditation?

The zen master replied: Yes it is.

Looking over the riddle can you tell me what is meditation?

Meditation is meditation, it is it, it is embracing the moment, it is diving into reality. It is what, it is this and that and those. It is everything, it is yes!
