I have been trying with no luck to change my avitar to something a bit more personal. However...I choose the coose I find what I want in my documents and when I save it does not...am I missing something...beside computer savvy??? Please help

I would check the file type as some forums only allow certain types of files

Watch for a PM, but generally, a word .doc, is not compatible for a avatar...

you need a .jpg or picture of some kind...

2.9M can go through provided her connections is fast. I don't think you'll be able to change her picture without using her account. aslo, clearly, this picture needs resizing. you should do that.
