Announcement: Clergy changes

The council has decided to create a new office of "clerical mentor" to guide underage clergy members (Licensed Ministers). The clerical mentor needs to have been at least a deacon for at least three months. Members under 18 cannot be clergy members without a clerical mentor.

There will be more updates in the future regarding ranks, status and offices regarding clergy, as well as protocols regarding the attribution of clerical rank, selection of the clerical mentor, etc.
