Somewhat last minute, but I just found out about it. Starting today (Jan 3, 2022), "Ten Percent Happier" is doing one of their free "challenges" - they do a few per year. So for the next 14 days, they have a daily guided meditation/mindfulness practice along with a little discussion beforehand. I personally find their stuff pretty approachable. They aim for practical application of mindfulness practice for skeptical people. So it's really approachable. Worth a shot if you want to give it a try, or want a different perspective on it.
