Haha no, hard for me to paint tie-dye on metal with regular paint.

Put it on a potters wheel and while it's spinning, drip paint onto it and use a sponge...starting in the center and spiral outward....voila tie dyed....

I'm on a bit of a budget, need to keep it a simple paint job.
