My teacher on Meditation

Try the App Insight timer. I use it to time my meditation. Work does not always permit long meditations. With this app you can go 5, 10 , 15 or 60 minutes. You are timed with Tibetan bowls.
I believe this app is for you Connor Lidell.

I like this app because you can preset your meditation time. Like the video says, you can meditate for 5,10 or 30 minutes. It doesn't matter, what matters is that meditation is familiar.
So when you take a break in the day, you can preset a 5 minute meditation using the sound of Tibetan bowls.
I thought you would enjoy it.

This is the app I use... It is a android app.. Sorry Apple-ites... lol...
It is adjustable from one minute on up...

I don't know what they use for the chime to start and stop, but I really like this...
Props to (Adder?) whoever showed it to me...

I have this one too, I particularly like that you can select different bowls, but more importantly, it has a journal function that pops up at the end of your meditation so you can keep a record of your practice.
