Changes to Login and User Dashboard

We are testing a change on the front page where Community Builder will start taking over the user dashboard and activity feed instead of EasySocial. EasySocial has been giving us some compatibility issues after the upgrade, so this is part of making the site more stable going forward.

I am going to begin moderating a weekly discussion on varying topics in the Flash Chat. When this begins in the next couple of weeks I would like as many interested jedi to be able to attend. What I mean to say is that I would like to know from everyone who will be interested in attending what evening works best for them and a time frame so that I can begin to figure out the schedule for this. I am thinking as of now either Tuesday or Thursday evening for a half hour to start with (however depending on the success of these chats I would love to have it be a full hour) at around 10:30 PM Central time. That would put it at 8:30 PM for those of you in Pacific Time, 9:30 PM for those of you in mountain time, and 11:30 PM for those who are in Eastern Time.

This Chat will have a course. Once I have set the time I will also post what the topic will be of discussion as well as any rules that may apply to joining in. I will try to keep us on topic as we progress throught the chat and there may be other rules as well just to make sure that the chat remains condusive to learning. This will be a chance for us all to practice our studies on Patience and Being mindful of our emotions(positive and negative) but I think it will also be a wonderful opportunity to carry discussions through a live format.
So then, Call out folks. Are these times ok? should i look at review? any concern on the length? MTFBWYA

I was just thinking about the need for some lively scheduled discussions in the chat. Im central time zone, so you're proposed hours would be fine with me.

i live online at all hours unless i'm detained by something important. Any day but Tuesday night till after 8:30

i think for at least an hour then go from there, some topics may take longer than others. also i would think monday great way to start a week.

I would like to start with a half-hour for the first couple of sessions in order to get a feel for how this will work and how interest arrises. In so far as monday goes that is certainly a possibility. We shall see what the others say first. I will make this decision on Friday the 20th of April in the evening after 10:00PM central time so if you have a thought, comment, or suggestion please post it before then.

well If I am not mistaken there is a 15 hour time difference between Central standard Time and that of Sydney. so you are fifteen hours ahead because if I remember correctly australia is UTC+10 and Central Time is UTC-5. so yea fifteen hours. that would mean that if it were on a Monday at 10:30 PM here.......then it would be Teusday at 1:30 PM there. someone check me and make sure I got that right
