But I find that I cant really think of a single word, because for me, one word means essentially cutting out the holistic sense of the Knight. For example, someone said adaptability. Which is a great trait for a Knight, but in opposition perhaps steadfastness or immovability? As a knight I would want to be adaptable to the word around me, but immovable in circumstances that required total commitment and no compromise.
Or the idea of service and kindness. Sometimes kindness and service is obvious and "looks" like kindness, but what if the kindest thing, the thing that would be of most service is allowing someone to suffer through their circumstances in order to become stronger and more resilient on the other side.
Asking for a single word is a great way to show where a persons current focus is, but perhaps not to explore the concept of Knighthood.
But thats just my 2 cents
Im curious Kitsu, whats your one word? (or did I miss it in the topic?)

I totally agree that it takes more than one word to describe what make a Jedi Knight
But it is still a fun exercise. Between Jedi Church and TOTJO I was able to put everyone one word into a Conduct/code of sorts. I like little exercises like this. Helps flex the mind muscles from time to time

I realize you weren't actually asking for an explanation, but here I'll give it anyway. Buckle up.
Knighthood to me is the fruition of study, contemplation, and meditation. It's a fusion of the mind, heart, and body being transformed by the worldview you've created on your Jedi path. That said, the learning doesn't stop when you become a knight. From what I can see and my conversations with you, Alex, it would appear that the learning only continues and stretches your mind. "Yes?" symbolizes for me the eternal journey of learning new things about every subject, especially those which others would assume you know a great deal about. It's an answer to the question, "Do you know anything about [ insert topic ]?"
