Changes to Login and User Dashboard

We are testing a change on the front page where Community Builder will start taking over the user dashboard and activity feed instead of EasySocial. EasySocial has been giving us some compatibility issues after the upgrade, so this is part of making the site more stable going forward.

I for the life of me can not remember if I filled out a membership form to the temple. Is there anyway to find out for sure if it was done or not? I feel silly having to ask but I am unsure and don't want to fill out another form if it's unneeded.
