Changes to Login and User Dashboard

We are testing a change on the front page where Community Builder will start taking over the user dashboard and activity feed instead of EasySocial. EasySocial has been giving us some compatibility issues after the upgrade, so this is part of making the site more stable going forward.

So I have a friend, a fellow future jedi, who has lost his password for TotJO. He has requested his password reset or changed, but he has yet to get a confirmation email to allow him to do this (he sent the request yesterday).

Is there someone that can assist with this, or is there some way he can go about having this done on his end? He's really eager to get involved here.
