I was reading the papers this morning and thought I'd share this great (imho!) example of why myths are helpful.

TFL (Transport for London) just released a geographically accurate version of the map:



The latter may be factually more correct whilst the former is a much more tenuous representation of reality but which is more helpful if you're trying to work out the best way to get from Piccadilly Circus to Wembley?
