Jedi Library was created by
Just a question, which may lead me to appear slightly stupid. But do we have an actual library on this site? I have read other people mention them on the forums but as far as I can tell there is no set library. Is it all just scattered about the forums?
Would appreciate any information on the matter. Thanks.

See the "home" tab...
Roll your mouse over it...
Library is 4-5 down....
Good luck...

Thanks jestor. I'm using my mobile phone and when I click on the home tab it doesn't create a drop down menu. I'll have to find an internet cafe or something.
I appreciative the help though. Thanks again.

Try with a very short tap?

Ren, just for testing purposes, I came to the site both on my smartphone running Android 2.3.4 (in the firefox browser)and my tablet running Android 4.1.1 (in the chrome for android browser). Tapping Home causes the page to refresh. The menu will drop down for a split second, and then the page will refresh, making it hard to select any options in the menu.
EDIT:
Forgot to mention that the other menus work just fine. It's just the Home one. And when the page loads, the Home menu looks like it's already been pressed and stays that way.

I just did it from my nook rather successfully. Try holding it for a moment, or try hitting the library button before it refreshes.

Ok, so pressing Home immediately takes you to the home page. Pressing it and holding it does make the menu pop up. But on Chrome for Android, pressing it and holding also makes a menu pop up asking if you want to open in new tab, open in incognito tab, etc etc. Pressing back closes this but luckily the drop down Menu for home stays open. Does the same thing for Firefox. I don't use stock browser (who in their right mind uses stock anything on an Android device? lol) but I guess everything works fine on that one since it doesn't have tabs or anything. Maybe that's why it works for you, Angelus?

I'm always on my phone...
Droid Atrix... Dolphin browser...
If sometimes I do get taken to the home screen, most times actually....
But, a quick tap will open the drop down, and either double tap to zoom, or reverse pinch to zoom....
It takes practice, but if you are going to browse from your phone often, you get used to it...
I've been coming to TOTJO for 2.5 years on mine... AND i do admin duties from here... lol...

The problem is that joomla requires the home button to be clickable (and to exist). But because the menus appear by hovering the pointer over them, something that is impossible on mobile devices that don't use cursors, it all depends on how the browser handles it.
Sometimes it's a quick tap, sometimes you have to press for a few seconds, maybe use a button, etc. The only way to make it work is to make the menu not clickable. On computers hover will work as usual and on mobiles, taping it will cause the submenu to display. I'll be doing that for all menus on the new site, until then you'll have to wait and be patient with the current home menu.

I've found that tapping on "Home" and leaving my finger there will cause the menu to drop, then I can scroll down without removing my finger from the screen to select what I'd like to see. It doesn't refresh the page. I prefer to not use my smartphone to visit the Temple, and that solution doesn't always work, but trying it can't harm anything.
