Frequently Asked Questions questions

I am working on a new version of the FAQ and wanted to get some ideas about it from the people that do (or maybe don't ) read it

Do you have, or have you had, any questions that you want to know about TOTJO that aren't covered in the FAQ? If so it would be great to add some answers to those questions so that they can be.... answered lol

Or if you have any thoughts just in general then I'd like to know. Bear in mind that most of what you might say I am probably well aware of and many things need to be changed (or improved upon)

But if you think of anything then just say it just in case it has been missed

i would like the FAQs scaled back and hyperlinked for ease of navigation. once there are too many of them, they are no longer FAQs but just 'questions'.

The question that I probably get asked most often is along the lines of:

'Why hasn't my rank changed to temple member/novice/initiate when I submitted the required elements at least 10 seconds ago? I don't understand why it's taking so long?!'

Perhaps an FAQ explaining that the Masters responsible for updating ranks actually have lives away from TOTJO? :laugh:

In what way "more"? The contents list hyperlinks to the individual question. If a question refers to some guidance elsewhere on the forum, a hyperlink is provided to that info too. Not sure what else we can do!

im not saying every word has to go somewhere. in fact the main point of that post was 'scaled back'. its just too much right now. it can be intimidating, even to me, the un-intimidate-able.
