I found it a while back and it has stumped my fiancee and me for some time, so, someone help, lol. We just want to know what it is.

yea. i got nothing cept secret lab facility that is used to create some new weapon or something like that. and seeing as how it's in Japan, it's prolly a modern temple or something.

Seriously. Judging by the fact that it is near Japan, in the water, there is a dish above water and something in the water I would say that it is a warning system for sunamis. Japan is in a earth quake area and subject to this phenomenon.

Doesn't Pearl Harbor have a memorial in the harbor itself? Maybe that's a memorial ... those strange triangles could be an outline...

Well, i have heard rumors that they are building an entire indoor city out on the water, we have to remember the living condition of the cities in Japan, the cities have no room left and are being forced to build on water. They already have an airport on the water. But i don't think that this is big enough to be the city. We have speculated a lot as to what it is. Anyway, i will keep an eye out for what it is but i don't know how soon i will find out.
