What's been up with me!!!

Well, for everyone who may or may not know. here is everything that has been going on.

Toward the beginning of the year i had made the decision to move to AZ. This means that i had to give up on the Temple for a few days and had to 'abandon' my former apprentice Firewolf. I got married in April to my husband who i had been with for roughly 7 years prior. I moved out here less than 10 days later, leaving him out there. I always thought i was a strong person until i was confronted with leaving everything i knew behind, including my cat's and my husband. I lived with my Aunt and within a week i had a job at Ross.

About a month later my husband moved in with us. I got a second job at Game Stop (I know, all you gamers are like, 'sweet'). He got a job within days at a research center in the mall asking people if they would like to take a survey.

We moved in a with a room mate who we thought would have been great but turned out to be one of the worst things we had done. After a very long month of living there we moved in with my sister for about 2 weeks, where from what we can tell, we concieved, lol.

After those couple of weeks we moved into a small 1 bedroom appartment for 540 for the first 4 months and 590 after that, full utilities payed, and fully furnished. It is much but it is home. And we have been there for almost 2 months. Now i was just hired at the holloween store next to the mall i work at. For those who have been keeping count that is three jobs.

I am looking to get into telemarketing and considering going to school for Massage or some other medical field. At least to help raise our future child and help me get into school for what i really want to be doing... Cosmology/Physics. My husband is currently hoping to get into school for Cooking as he wants to be a Chef.


So, that is everything that has been going on. It is hard not to be selfish right now. It is even harder to ahold to some of our most prized teachings but i am trying. Life, isn't easy, as you can see from my example but, there is no reason to give up for any reason. And another life is the best reason of all.

Well it seems like your hanging in there so dont worry to much the force has a way of turning thing around when you really need them to.

Where in Arizona did you move to? I live in Tucson so I might not be to far from you.

It sounds like everything is coming together for you slowly but surely April. Wow 3 jobs, and I thought 2 jobs with partime school was bad. I wish you well in those ventures and hope that you get your degree is cosmology/physics. A good recommendation is this though, go to a Jr. College and get the basics out of the way first and then work on the core of your program at a major university.

CONGRATS ON THE BABY! As any parent on this Temple can tell you, your life changes dramatically with children. It's a wonderful experience! And if you think you know what love is now...... Well, pretty soon you'll REALLY learn what love is.

Wow... 3 Jobs. How do you know if you are coming or going? Man, you're not gonna have much fun come April! (Lame joke, your name, tax deadline, I'm sure you get it.)

I'm no stranger to living a hard life. Somehow I manage to keep a smile on my face. Always.

I credit alot of that to my kids, and my Jedi brethren.

I could do without my job, though. LOL!

Wow, three jobs! especially wiht the market what it is- Kudos and deepest respect!

Thank you everyone, for all the kind words. I know i don't always post on the forum itself so i thought i should. And i live in Glendale, so Tucson is a bit of a distance I know when i am comming and going when i see my husband and am greeted with a great big squeeky (man squeeky) \"BABY!!!!\" He has always managed to make me smile when doing that as he is a big kid. And every so often he'll point to my belly and in a childish voice say 'baby'. I know he will be a great dad. No need for names though, we don't know what gender it is yet and we already have names picked. If it is a girl i was debating on naming her Anora, Una, or Cathandra and i think i am going with Cathandra because i always have wanted to have a girl named Cat. Plus i love to be complicated. If it is a boy it will be Jorandale (not exactly sure on the spelling) my husband loved the name after reading it in a fantasy fiction book, it is the name of a Elven Prince. So that is what is up, i am also planning on applying for APS, i think it is the electric company out here, to work in the call center. I know i will get good benefits then.

You never cease to amaze me Sr. April. Your life moves in leaps and bounds. It is a great example of how the Force moves in our lives. Congrats on the Baby. Thanks for sharing.
