excellent news! wedding bells!

excellent news! i just popped the question!!!!!! even more amazing she said yes!

We've been living together now for a few month's so it wasn't a huge surprise, but i'm delighted by it.

okay here's the cute way i asked. her younglings love star star wars and dig my saber collection. we have nightly battles with the ultra stunts and i've since ordered the kiddies some of thier own. it's kinda like bringing her kids to \"my world\" (incidently her 9 year old is interested in jediism and when his computer skills and reading get a tad better he'll likely be with us). anyway i got her ring, and i ordered her a REALLY really nice custom machined saber and a \"jappor snippet\" (from episode 1 the little carved thing anakin gave padme). took her somewhere nice and dopped to the knee and presented her in a ring box the snippet. she reacted perfectly, then i told her i got her a saber. she reacted again perfectly (the \"how cute and dorkey, but where's the ring?\" reaction i hoped for) but then noticed tied to the saber is her ring.

she has agreed to a full out \"jedi wedding\" and we're planning on october 2009 (no father of the bride so it comes from our pocket giving time save up).
