Not at all. Telling people what you think about something isn't boasting unless you're simultaneously claiming to have better insight than others. Displaying wisdom isn't the same thing as boasting that you have it. It's kind of like if a woman is very attractive. Does she have to say it or is it something other people can simply see? Even if she draws some attention to her beauty by wearing more revealing clothes, makeup, etc., its really not a boast until she starts actually telling people how beautiful she is.
