I think its all fine as it is, which includes changing a bit over time, between policies and people.
This place isn't special in that regard. People are people wherever you go. I left when I lost faith in my old church. Now my faith is here. Maybe one day I will lose it again, and go somewhere else. Until then, I accept it, flaws and all. Just like the people in my life. I don't hate people, or wish them ill, or try to change them. I just spend less time around them until I am comfortable around them. If that is never then that is how much time I spend.
