Is the 19th Today?

Well the Doc says I'm getting older and need to look after the meat sack I live in, so 100 days of yoga would probably be good for me.

Maybe it'll make me less grumpy during the day and be good for everyone else too :lol:

Tomorrow (stupid time zones! ) I'll post us a tracking thread in about 10 hrs when I get off of work and we'll start then. I'll open up a a Skype support group too
