This is something I mull over often on my commutes to work. On the materialistic side of things I am going through some major financial issues, with a foreclosure and looming bankruptcy, so currently my goal is simple get through it all and come out on the other end debt free and stay that way. Along with that my wife and I moved into a cabin and plan to go as off the grid as possible. Physically, I used to be a nationally ranked swimmer and triathlete, while at my age and time constraints I'll never be at that level of athleticism again, I do intend on getting back into shape to run triathlons and spartan races. Currently I am well on the way to achieving this goal. Spiritually, that is a totally different story, my faith in higher powers has been shaken by a hard life and loss, so I guess finding my inner spirit is where I am at.

In the long run, I write as a hobby and I've always had the goal of being published. Even better would be to live off my writing. I'm also planning on going back to college once my kids get settled into school and/or work.

Live the best I can... it's an everyday, moment to moment goal...

It won't let me have a blank signature ...

One of my favorite sayings is "Be the person your dog thinks you are."

I think that's a pretty good goal.

Most of what I ve wanted to achieve, I have, for me it is all lifelong learning of the self and the ever changing world in we live in. That said, my goal for being here to eventually become Knight ,Teacher and Clergy. I am already a teacher and sort of clergy in the other spirituality that I follow. It is that simple......or is it :)

maintain a 3.5 GPA

find a job THAT I LIKE

im natural 150-160 lbs all my life, now im over 30 and im a little bit heavier but still a "skinny" guy

my goal is to bench press 200 and dead lift 315 AND run 3 miles in 25 minutes - im close on all of these (compared to what i was six months ago anyway) and i think i can achieve them by the end of this year

i just started jiu jitsu, everyone else is bigger and stronger and has more experience than me so my immediate goal is to not get tapped tonight
beyond that i want to: escape full or side mount against everyone i roll with at least once
establish mount and/or side mount against everyone at least once
submit at least one person, probably americana or kimura, since those are the techniques i know the best

eventually i want to be good enough to compete

by next year i want to be in a boxing program
and by the end of next year to be actually boxing at amateur level

i got my scuba cert. the next step is to take the advanced course
im thinking that will be next year also

and it would be really great if i could find a girl friend somewhere in all this!

People are complicated.
