Triggers for instant calm
For me it's the song Kokomo by The Beach Boys. I find it impossible for me to be angry, or upset, or overwhelmed while listening to and/or singing that song.
I figured that if I have something that does that for me maybe others do too. Maybe someone who is in need of one could be inspired by us sharing what calms us.

Other scents that will make me pause although don't have quite as strong an effect is Gardenia, white sage, and oak trees.
Hmm...There are a few songs but they take me longer to wind down with. The big ones are Counting Stars by OneDirecton, On Top of the Word by Imagine Dragons, Do or Die by Thirty Seconds to Mars, Daft Punk by Pentatonix, Fireflies by Owl City, and The Fox by Ylvis

I have also recently taken to looking upwards. In myself I get both a feeling of smallness (though I'm not sure I would classify it as not feeling important) and a feeling of connectedness.
