Something we have spoke about before

I know we have had this converstaion but what is our policy on members being quiet for to long. I mean if they aren't active shouldn't they be deleted. I mean not after like a few weeks or even months but in order to get a good estemet (sp?) of how many active we really have. If nothing else maybe we could email all members who, after a certain time, are no longer active requesting reasoning for being so absent. Just a thought.

I'm glad you reminded me. I do send emails when a member has not logged in within 120 days. From experience including the Old TOTJO and TOTJF members have disappeared for nine months and suddenly returned.

I'm going to publish the actual numbers and then take recommendations.

Past month 118
Past two months 192
Past three months 230
Past four months 265

I’m deleting about 23 members who registered but never logged in.

I do not know the reason for the disagreement about the total number.

All members should be able to bring up the Member List http://templeofthejediorder.org/index.php?option=com_userlist_xtd&Itemid=75
and sort by last login date using the -/.

Let me know if anyone cannot do this.

I can, that is how i was reminded that we have a lot of members who were never active.
